Your Bluetooth probably (hopefully) will work though, so don't worry! Wifi works exactly as expected, but Bluetooth doesn't. I probably should get this checked out/contact the manufacturer, but I'm lazy and am just going to buy a separate USB BT adapter :). In any case, this shouldn't affect your perception of this product because I probably just got a rare unlucky product or I just set it up wrong. This could be a problem with the card, adapter, or maybe even motherboard/my own fault. I made sure all of my software was ready for bluetooth, and even plugged the included adapter into multiple different motherboard USB slots in case one was dysfunctional. The only problem for me was that the Bluetooth function doesn't work, which disappoints me because BT 5.0 was one of the reasons that I chose this card. It's not ethernet, but it's a relatively strong network card that is perfect for average consumers with wifi <=AC2100. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise Build 19041.264. I reinstall the stock antenna, and the problem re-emerged. I replaced the antenna with 2 folding RP-SMA antenna, which I had from an inferior card with better antenna, and the problem disappeared immediately. My mouse and wifi work fine without any apparent issues. The antenna this card comes with feels cheap, and is it must have bad isolation between wires or low-quality wires resulting in noise and interference. Hours of debugging led me to the antenna, which I replaced. The card and drivers work fine, but I had huge issues with audio stuttering over bluetooth.
